Rod Murray travels all over Australia to source the best Australian native timbers for his tables. All of the timber is then kiln dried. This is a time consuming process but ensures the timber is just right for fine furniture making. (As all our timber is used in our own workshop, please note that we don’t sell raw timber to the public.)

Rod Murray uses time proven cabinet making techniques such as, mortise and tennon joints, dowels and timber wedges to construct your tables and ensure it lasts for generations. Fine sanding and the application of a satin polyurethane or a quality tung oil finish will bring back to life that beautiful piece of timber that nature has provided us.
